About the PACE Project

Supporting Youth. Strengthening Communities.

Peer-learning session, partner pilot · YMCA Ukraine, January 2026

The Challenge

Young people affected by conflict and displacement face unprecedented challenges in continuing their education, securing employment, and participating socially. Recognising the heavy burden placed on youth organisations in the region, PACE was established to offer a comprehensive capacity-building framework that goes beyond immediate, short-term relief.

Our Approach

PACE (Promoting Access, Collaboration, and Empowerment) is a 24-month initiative funded by the European Union (Erasmus+). We operate in Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia. Our core strategy is to empower the educators and the NGOs.

Through structured training, peer-learning networks, and a robust digital learning portal, we ensure that youth organisations are equipped to work transnationally and engage young people effectively.

Our Core Values

  • Inclusion , Ensuring equitable access to education and support.
  • Trust , Building safe, approachable environments for vulnerable youth.
  • Practicality , Delivering co-created solutions that work in real-world scenarios.
