Matrix Internet contributes to the PACE consortium through programmes that strengthen youth organisations and expand access to quality non-formal learning.

As Work Package 6 Lead, Matrix Internet is the digital and communications engine behind PACE. The Dublin-based team designed and built the project’s website and digital learning portal, giving partners across Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia a shared home for training materials, resources, and updates. Beyond the build, they maintain PACE’s brand toolkit, keeping the project’s identity consistent across every partner’s outputs and public-facing materials.

Matrix Internet’s remit also covers sustainability and policy advocacy — thinking beyond the project’s 24-month funding window to how PACE’s tools and networks can keep serving youth organisations after the grant ends. That means working with the consortium on dissemination strategy, engaging policymakers and stakeholders at EU level, and documenting what works so it can be replicated elsewhere. Their technical expertise, paired with a focus on long-term impact, helps ensure PACE’s digital infrastructure remains useful well beyond the life of the project.
