Junior Achievement Georgia has opened the second phase of its Train-the-Trainer pilot in Tbilisi, with 40 mentor-practitioners now enrolled. The cohort will adapt the PACE curriculum for Georgian-speaking youth-work settings, drawing on JA Georgia’s long-standing non-formal entrepreneurship programmes.
How the second phase is organised
Mentors will complete a blended sequence of workshops and supervised practice, then trial localised session plans with youth groups in Tbilisi and partner sites. Feedback will be logged against the consortium quality framework so later cohorts inherit a tested Georgian-language version of the materials.
JA Georgia is coordinating with YMCA Moldova on trainer accreditation and with Matrix Internet on the digital toolkit that mentors will use between in-person sessions.
