The PACE Steering Committee has approved the second-quarter milestones for work packages 2 to 5. Consortium leads confirmed delivery timelines and reporting points through to the next learning exchange, with YMCA Moldova updating partners on the close of Needs Analysis fieldwork.
Decisions from the meeting
Partners agreed a shared calendar for curriculum localisation, trainer accreditation, and first-wave youth delivery. Each work-package lead will file a short progress note against the approved milestones so risks are visible early, rather than only at the next formal review.

YMCA Moldova will circulate the full minute pack and the updated Gantt to all partners. The next Steering Committee sitting will review evidence from the first Train-the-Trainer pilots rather than planning assumptions alone.
